I authorize Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club to charge my account for the applicable registration fee (and rush fee if submitted within 7 days of arrival). I acknowledge having received a copy of the Heritage Oaks General Information, Member, House & Ground Rules, Policy & Regulations, and I understand that all Transfer Members / Guests, family, and invitees are governed by the Club's Governing Documents. I/We hereby transfer my/our rights to use the Common Areas — Restaurant, Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Pools and Fitness Center — to the Transfer Member named above for the period indicated, pursuant to section 4.3 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.
